This position performs routine and complex administrative, technical professional work in planning programs for the county related to the development and implementation of land use, floodplain, zoning, subdivision, junk vehicle retrieval, community decay related plans and policies. People skills are a must as the planner spends a lot of time with customers, other city, county state agencies and county departments to include the City County Health Department, Clerk and Recorders Office, Cascade County Commissioners, Planning Board members and the Zoning Board of Adjustment. Cascade County is currently seeking a Deputy Public Works Director (Deputy Director).  This position assists the Public Works Director (Director) in directing, managing, supervising and coordinating the activities and operations of the Public Works Department. In the absence of the Public Works Director, performs as interim Public Works Director. Coordinates assigned activities with Division Managers within the Public Works Department and reports to the Director. Interacts with contractors and developers and provides highly responsible and complex technical support to the Director. This position performs complex supervisory, administrative and professional work in coordinating, organizing and assisting with the direction of various operations of the Public Works Department, which includes the Building Maintenance Division, ExpoPark Maintenance Division, Fleet Maintenance Division, GIS Division, Planning Division, Road & Bridge Division, Radio & Telecommunications Division and the Weed & Mosquito Division in accordance with the standards and general policies established the Board of County Commissioners. Cascade County is currently seeking a Licensed Clinical Behavioral Health Provider.  The Licensed Clinical Behavioral Health Provider works as a core member of the Collaborative Care Team which involves the patient’s primary care provider and other mental health, addiction or substance abuse providers, as appropriate, to provide comprehensive patient centered health care within the Community Health Care Center. The Licensed Clinical Behavioral Health Provider is responsible for coordinating and supporting appropriate patient centered mental health care within the parameters of the Health Center’s Patient Centered Medical Home Certification and ensuring services meet appropriate levels of care based on the patient’s diagnosis and need. The Licensed Clinical Behavioral Health Provider may provide evidence-based treatments or collaborate to provide care with other mental health providers in the Health Center or community when necessary and appropriate.
