Reasonable Suspicion Drug Testing

For Drug Testing based on reasonable suspicion, two supervisors must state the criteria are met. The law requires supervisors must have 2 hours of training every two years. It is highly recommended that County supervisors have employees with CDL’s attend this training.

Presenter Michele Puiggari, Attorney at Law

Michele Puiggari is the founder and owner of Puiggari and Associates Consulting Services in Missoula. Ms Puiggari is an attorney licensed in New Mexico, D.C. and Pennsylvania.  After receiving her J.D. degree, she started her own successful employment law practice, where she represented both employees and employers.  In addition to litigating employment issues, she provided basic HR legal consulting services, employment training for managers and employees, review and revision of employment policies and procedures, and employment investigation services.    Now in Montana, Puiggari and Associates Consulting Services  offers HR consulting services to businesses located in the Northwest, including Montana, Idaho, Washington and Oregon, focusing on employment policy development, employment training, and resolving work place discrimination complaints, including employment investigations.
