What is the MACo Associate Member Program?

The MACo Associate Member Program is a program designed for companies and organizations who want to have a direct relationship with county elected officials in Montana’s 56 counties.

Why should I become a MACo Associate Member?

The MACo Associate Membership is the most efficient and cost-effective way to showcase your company to purchasing decision makers from Montana’s 56 counties for an entire year.

This affiliation can play a major role in your marketing efforts, and it benefits counties by identifying potential suppliers in a broad range of services.  MACo Associate Members include architectural/engineering firms, financial advisors, consultants, retirement planners, law firms, computer hardware/software, office products, construction equipment/heavy equipment and other such firms.

Associate membership is available at six levels – something for every marketing need and budget.  Please read on for a breakout of each level’s benefits and costs.

How do I become a MACo Associate Member?

Becoming an Associate Member is easy!  First, you will need to decide the level of membership that works best for your company.  Then, simply fill out the form below and mail it to MACo with your payment.


Associate members are individuals and businesses that have a common business interest in the activities of the Associa­tion and county government, directed toward the improvement of government services at the county level.  Any individual or business may apply for Associate membership to the Executive Director, and if determined to be qualified, shall receive the following benefits based on purchased membership level:

  • Sponsors will be contacted regarding ad specifications and publication/posting schedules.
  • Membership levels cannot be combined for multiple benefits.
