The Montana Association of Counties (MACo) is seeking a Member Services Specialist/Office Coordinator for its Health Care Trust. The primary focus of this position is to perform a variety of administrative, clerical, and technical support including providing administrative support of all Health Care Trust activities and assisting with enrollment, customer service, and managing the day to day office needs of the Trust.
Employees in this position must be able to perform very diverse duties related to office administration including frequent public contact, high volume production, and time-sensitive deadlines. An understanding of health benefits, administrative operations, wellness programs and self-insured risk sharing pools is preferred. This position has extensive contacts with MACo members, vendors, and staff.
Successful applicants should have a combination of education and experience equivalent to a high school degree and five years of increasingly responsible administrative and office experience including working knowledge of computers and electronic data processing, working knowledge of modern office practices and procedure and customer service experience. Alternative combinations of education and experience may be considered.
The starting annual salary range is $40,728 to $48,485 depending on experience. MACo offers a generous benefit package including health insurance (including dental and vision), 401k retirement contribution, vacation, sick leave, and holiday pay.
