DNRC Proclomation to Rescind Special Fire Districts - Cascade County

Montana Department of Natural Resources & Conservation Proclamation to Rescind Special Fire Restrictions - Stage I

This Proclamation is issued in compliance with State of Montana Fire Regulation Number 9 (Sub-Chapter 1, 36.10.119 Administrative Rules of Montana) promulgated under authority of Section 76-13-104 Montana Code Annotated which restricts certain activities on forest lands (as defined under Section 76-13-102(8) Montana Code Annotated).

Under the authority granted in 76-13-203, MCA and ARM 36.10.119 through 132, the Stage 1 Restrictions are hereby rescinded.

This proclamation affects all State lands and private forested lands lying within the boundaries of Cascade County. The rescinding of the Stage 1 Restrictions is effective as of 0001 a.m. Mountain Daylight Time, Wednesday, October 5th, 2011.
