Vendor/Sponsor Registration is Open Now!
VENDOR FEES: Vendor fees are $550 for the first person and one SIX-foot table space. All vendors receive the added benefit of Associate MACRS membership for one employee. MACRS values all past and new vendors/sponsors. However, with the increasing demand for vendor spaces, additional table registrations at a discount rate are no longer available. If your space is longer than six feet, you must purchase a second vendor space or modify your display to fit six feet – NO EXCEPTIONS! Add an additional booth attendant for $100 or $150 to add an additional booth attendant with Associate Membership. NOTE: When registering, returning 2022 vendors will be placed automatically in the same location as their 2022 vendor space. However, the booth number may change.
SPONSOR OPPORTUNITIES: MACRS is offering an opportunity for vendors to sponsor breaks, lunches, and evening socials. Vendors who provide sponsorship will receive recognition during the conference, on the program, and at the banquet. In addition, banners will be posted at all events/meeting rooms recognizing the Event Sponsors. REGISTRATION: Make it easy and register online https://cvent.me/NX21oy. All online credit card payment registrations will be charged a non – refundable 4.25% service charge (charges will appear as Meetings Northwest, Inc. on the credit card statement). Once your online registration is complete, Autumn Gilleard will reach out for your booth attendant(s) information.
