MACo MCT Offers Free Telecom Cost Reduction Analysis
A Telecom Cost Reduction Analysis (TCRA) is a detailed evaluation of a county’s telecommunications expenses aimed at identifying cost-saving opportunities. This process involves assessing all telecom services, including phone systems, internet connectivity, mobile plans, and equipment costs. By conducting a TCRA, counties can optimize spending, negotiate better vendor rates, consolidate services, and implement more efficient solutions. The ultimate goal is to reduce telecom costs while maintaining or enhancing service quality.
Benefits
- Free for local government entities
- Complete transparency – MCT will show you the best services for the best price point, even if that is the county’s current service provider
- Access to options – we filter the service provider based on the county’s specific objectives
