Karen Alley, MACo Associate General Counsel
Karen Alley joined the MACo General Counsel Office on October 25 as Associate General Counsel–her focus will be land use.
Alley comes to MACo after 10 years as an attorney in Havre, MT. In that time, she engaged in general private practice, criminal defense, and as a prosecutor. Most recently, Alley was the Hill County Attorney, having held that position for over three years.
Getting to Know Karen Alley
Alley is a native of Townsend, MT. In her spare time, you can find this avid distance runner spending time running Helena’s expansive trail system. She also loves to travel and has visited many countries, including Armenia, the Republic of Georgia, Crete, Malta, Bosnia Herzegovina, Croatia, Italy, Spain, and many spots in between
