AMDD will rerelease the Request for Proposals (RFP) for the County and Tribal Matching Grant and Mobile Crisis Unit Program in early Spring 2020. This will provide an opportunity for additional communities to access funding for critical crisis and diversion services. AMDD intends to release the RFP on April 1st for a one year contract beginning on July 1st, 2020 and ending on June 20th, 2021.
AMDD will host public information calls to help communities prepare for the upcoming RFPs. The informational calls will be similar to the calls hosted previously however there will be additional information related to understanding the matching rates and the elements of a strong proposals. The calls will provide information regarding the statutory and regulatory requirements, what can be funded and address questions communities may have to be successful applicants. Each call will be one hour in length. The first 20 minutes will feature a consistent presentation from AMDD and the remaining time will be an opportunity for communities to ask questions and share their ideas. Staff from procurement will be available to answer any questions on the eMACs RFP management system. One webinar will be recorded and posted on AMDD’s website.
