The Montana Department of Administration has officially opened the 9-1-1 Grant Program for SFY 2021. The NEW grant application form is linked below and must be received by the department by 5:00 PM Monday January 4th, 2021.

The 9-1-1 grant program (beginning in state fiscal year 2019–not to be confused with the 911 quarterly distribution) is a state-funded program created by the 2017 Legislature. It’s legislative purpose is to support the implementation, operation, and maintenance of 9-1-1 systems, equipment, devices, and data. The bill that initiated the 911 Grant Program was House Bill 61 (2017), which was sponsored by Representative Frank Garner.

If you have any questions please contact Rhonda Sullivan, 9-1-1 Program Manager at rsullivan@mt.gov or 406-444-2420.
