On May 8th, MACo and the Local Government Center hosted a virtual “townhall” to provide Montana’s counties with a venue and opportunity to share and learn from the situations and best practices in counties around the state as well as receive pertinent updates during this unprecedented time.
The second session in our series of townhalls focused on the Governor’s Coronavirus Relief Fund Task Force. MACo Executive Director, Eric Bryson, reported on the progress and guidance that came out of the Governor’s Task Force, which was assembled to provide direction and advice on how to best use $1.25 billion appropriated to Montana through the Federal CARES Act.
If you missed this session and would like to see what happened or listen to the discussion, a recording of the meeting is below for your viewing pleasure.
We received great feedback from these virtually-hosted events, so stay tuned for the next MACo & LGC Townhall!
