Linked below is the Consumer Price Index spreadsheet for 2019. The result is that the Annual CPI change for 2019 is 1.8%.
The Excel spreadsheet has three tabs showing the month to month index calculation, the historical CPI change from 1913 to the present, and the most recent change in the State Average Weekly Wage.
