The Montana Department of Revenue (DOR) Property Assessment Division (PAD) has successfully completed its annual requirement to certify taxable values of property. The certified values include mobile homes, personal property business equipment, real property, and centrally assessed properties.
go to www.property.mt.gov to view the 2019 certified taxable values for every taxing jurisdiction in your county and the statewide totals. You can also view prior years, 2015-2018, taxable values for comparison purposes.
Please Note: Taxpayers who submit a request for informal classification and appraisal review to the department or a formal appeal with a county tax appeal board, or the Montana Tax Appeal Board, may receive valuation adjustments.

The department will not revise certified values unless an adjustment is made that is large enough to impact a taxing jurisdiction’s mill levy calculation and made prior to mill levies getting set by the local taxing jurisdiction.
