Technical Support Specialist
Eric Austad joined the MACo Cybersecurity & Technology Division in July as the Technical Support Specialist.
Eric comes to MACo from Anderson Zurmuehlen where he started as Support Technician, moved to the Engineering Team, and was promoted to Client Support Manager.
Getting to Know Eric Austad
Eric Austad was born in Oklahoma but raised in Montana. He graduated from Helena College cum laude with a Associates Degree in Computer Science. Outside of work he is an avid outdoorsmen enjoying Montana year round with Camping, Wake surfing, ATV riding and ice fishing in the winter. In addition to outdoor sports he enjoys remodel/construction projects on his home and physical computing/robotics projects such as connecting the power slides on his camper to his cell phone.
