- Steve Holton, Ravalli County Sheriff: Member County Elected Sheriff, 3-year term (02/2025- 02/2028)
- Darin Miske, Wibaux County Commissioner: Elected to a 3-year term (02/2025 – 02/2028)
- Lindsey Richtmyer, Broadwater County Commissioner: MACo 2nd Vice President, 1-year term (09/2026 – 09/2027)*
- Jason Strouf, Custer County Commissioner: MACo Fiscal Officer, 1-year term (09/2026 – 09/2027)*
The Board of Trustees consists of the MACo President, 1st Vice President, and a Member County Sheriff. If the president or the 1st vice president is from a non-member county, the trustee position will be immediately filled by a MACo Executive Committee Officer in the following order: 2nd Vice President, Fiscal Officer, Past President, Immediate Past President, and Urban Counties Representative. The remaining four (4) members are to be elected by the members of the MACo PCT at the their annual membership meeting for a staggered term of 3 years each.
*MACo’s current President and 1st Vice President are not from counties that are members of the Trust. The 2nd Vice President and Fiscal Officer are next in line as per PCT’s bylaws.
