Basic Life Insurance and AD&D – MACo HCT Paid
A Basic Life Insurance and Accidental Death & Dismemberment (AD&D) benefit of $25,000 is provided at no cost to all eligible active employees and active county elected officials enrolled in a MACo HCT medical plan.
Additional Basic Life Insurance and AD&D – Employer Paid
Your employer may have elected to purchase additional coverage for all eligible active employees and active county elected officials regardless of enrollment in a medical plan. Your employers may also have elected to purchase spouse and dependent children Life Insurance and AD&D coverage in the amount of $10,000. Voluntary Life Insurance and AD&D – Employee Paid
Eligible employees may elect to purchase additional coverage for themselves, spouse and dependents regardless of enrollment in a medical plan. Please contact your human resource or payroll department to find out if this coverage is available to you, or contact the MACo Health Care Trust.
